Light on Yoga

Private Yoga + SMR Sessions

A regular yoga practice can benefit any BODY, and every BODY; so let’s create a personal practice tailored to YOUR body’s specific needs that allows you to progress at your own pace!

Among many other benefits, yoga can increase body awareness; and when we become aware of something, we are then empowered to cultivate positive changes within ourselves. What changes would you like to see in your practice?

Format: Classes are in person (Columbia MD) or online via Zoom, Skype or Facetime (based on the student’s individual preference).

Yoga Style: Adaptable. All-levels vinyasa (flowing sequences) with option to integrate self-myofascial release, mindful movement, yin, and restorative postures.

Class options

90 Minute Consult / Private Session

This is an ideal option for someone who is brand new to yoga. We’ll start by having a conversation about your interests and goals and then create a sequence of postures with step-by-step instructions along the way. After the session, you’ll receive a PDF copy of your sequence for home practice.

60 Minute Consult / Private Session

As you continue to grow in your practice, we’ll add postures and explore new sequences. If you already have some prior yoga experience, this option can serve as a shorter consultation.

5 & 10 Class Pass Options available.
